Mazda toolbox not seeing sd card6/18/2023 ![]() If anyone can help, that would be greatly appreciated. If it failed to recognise it would it give up and say so, or just stay looking for it forever as I suspect is the case? I have looked around and couldn't find any examples of anyone successfully resolving an issue with an unrecognised SD card. I logged in and was offered an update to install now or later. Some files are missing/corrupted on my SD card/navigation device. There is a button on the left hand side which says "map version", I clicked on that, it said June 2021 (installable), I clicked "back", at which point it took me to a login screen. I waited about 20 minutes and nothing happened. The ID7 install is separate from map updates and CMU updates including any navigation firmware updates during a version aning it should not have any affect on your SD map card issue. I have installed Mazda Toolbox (MacOSX Big Sur), loaded it up and inserted the SD card when prompted. Only applications compatible with Apple CarPlay are displayed on the screen. The icon of the application I want to use is not displayed on the home screen of Apple CarPlay. Disconnect the connector cord from the USB port once and then reconnect it. I got an email from Mazda suggesting an update to maps was available, so I followed their instructions and went out to buy an SD card reader. There is miscommunication between Mazda Connect and your iPhone.
